The renter acknowledges that it is his or her responsibility to pay all parking tickets issued to the vehicle by any governmental or quasi-governmental agency while the vehicle is in his or her possession. If the renter fails to pay said parking ticket directly to the issuing government entity, the renter authorizes Legacy Car Rental to charge to his or her credit card the ticket amount and research fee.
